At APC, no account or personal information is retrieved from APC's servers when a visitor browses the public (pre-login) areas of the website.
IBOs, in order to access their business information, are required to provide their User Name and individually selected password. This password is known solely to you, the IBO, and should never be shared with anyone. This password may be changed as often as you wish.
Each member or IBO ACH or credit card authentication is processed in a SSL encrypted session between the client browser and the APC servers. In order to ensure the highest level of security, Verisign Global Server ID's have been installed on each server. Global Server IDs enable clients to establish a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted session with the server. No Clear text password authentication is possible.
When you've finished accessing your business information, please don't forget to log off. This will prevent someone else from accessing your information if you leave your computer and your session hasn't "timed out," or automatically shut down.
Any personal and account data maintained by APC is done so to fulfill our legal and regulatory requirements and to provide you with the products and services you have requested. APC reserves the right to disclose or report personal information, in limited circumstances, where we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is required under law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities; to perform necessary credit checks or collect or report debts owed to us; and to protect our rights or property.
APC employees will be provided with client or visitor's information in order to respond to that party's needs and provide the party with information regarding the specific products in which they may have an interest.
